Cabernet Sauvignon (cab-er-nay saw-vee-nyon), or Cab Sauv, is grown the world over thanks to its thick skin and hardy vines. Cabernet Sauvignon is a full bodied red wine. Think dark fruits like plums and black cherries and occasionally hints of vanilla from aging in oak. Great with beef and lamb.
